President Joseph Aoun’s Participation in the Arab Summit 2025

President Joseph Aoun attended the emergency Arab summit in Cairo, focusing on the Palestinian issue. He was welcomed by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and had a photo session before entering the conference hall. President Aoun’s speech was among the first to be delivered.

Meeting with the Syrian President:

  • President Aoun met with Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa to discuss bilateral relations and unresolved issues. They agreed on coordination through joint committees and the need to secure the Lebanese-Syrian border.
