Israel has launched a military operation called “Rising Lion”, saying its main goal is to target Iran’s nuclear program, including nuclear facilities and sensitive sites.
According to Iranian media and Israeli sources, these are the main areas and facilities that were hit:
Strikes hit several key neighborhoods:
- Gheytarieh, Niavaran, West Tehran, and Chitgar
- East Tehran, Mehrabad, Mahallati town, and Shahid Chamran city
- Kamranieh tower, Narmak, Sadat Abad, and Andarjo
- Orchid complex in Sattarkhan and Shahid Daghaighi town
- Armed Forces General HQ
- Other areas: Ozgol, Shahrara, and Sadat Abad Park
Military and Nuclear Sites:
- Natanz nuclear facility
- Parchin military base
- Arak heavy water reactor
- Locations in Boroujerd, Khorramabad, Hamedan, and Ilam
- Qasr-e Shirin (West Iran)

IDF Statement:
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced that the largest uranium enrichment facility in Iran, located in Natanz, was struck.
They said a unique cooperation between the intelligence agency and the Air Force caused serious damage to the site calling it a major achievement in weakening Iran’s nuclear program.
