Blue Opens Door to Partnerships with UAE Technology and Financial Services Companies

Blue Wallet is moving to expand its regional presence after reaching preliminary understandings with several UAE-based companies operating in the technology and financial services sectors, in a move that could pave the way for new partnerships and joint projects in the coming period.

The initial understandings were reached during the participation of Blue Wallet’s CEO and General Manager, Dr. Saad Al-Jamal, in the Lebanese-Emirati Business Forum, held in Beirut on August 26, bringing together a group of investors, business leaders and representatives of companies from both countries.

On the sidelines of the forum, Al-Jamal held a series of meetings with Emirati officials and business leaders to explore opportunities for cooperation, exchange of services and expertise, and the potential development of innovative solutions in fintech and digital services.

Al-Jamal said the discussions had made positive progress and resulted in understandings that could lead to practical steps, including exploring cooperation agreements and leveraging the capabilities of both sides to develop services and products tailored to the needs of the Lebanese, UAE and wider regional markets.

He emphasized that the Lebanese-Emirati Business Forum provides an important platform for building direct bridges between the private sectors of the two countries and for turning investment opportunities into sustainable, practical partnerships.

According to Al-Jamal, the coming period will see continued efforts to advance these understandings, with further discussions expected to pave the way for the announcement of potential agreements, projects and areas of cooperation.
