Full Readiness for Summer 2025
The Syndicate of Owners of Restaurants, Cafés, Nightclubs, and Pastry Shops officially declared the full readiness of Lebanon’s hospitality sector to welcome the 2025 summer season. The announcement came during a grand celebration at the Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut, attended by syndicate members, hospitality entrepreneurs, partners, and media representatives.
Tony Ramy: “Tourism Is Life, Not Just a Season”
In his keynote speech, Syndicate President Tony Ramy stressed the sector’s preparedness, stating:
“The tourism sector in Lebanon is fully ready. Preparations are well underway, as industry professionals have come together to share ideas and implement a unified and integrated vision.”
He added:
“Tourism is not just a season, it is a way of life. Lebanon remains a symbol of art, generosity, and hospitality. After five years of successive crises, the Syndicate stood firm, managed the crisis wisely, and proved it could be a true reference for tourism in Lebanon. Today, we announce a new Lebanon, one filled with hope and the power to rebuild.”
Gratitude for Longtime Partners and Sponsors
Ramy extended heartfelt thanks to the Syndicate’s partners and sponsors, who have supported the sector since 2014:
“Thanks to their trust and commitment, the Syndicate was able to launch national, academic, professional, and social initiatives that had a significant positive impact on the sector.”
A Declaration of Pride and Unity
Ramy concluded his address with a declaration of pride in Lebanon’s hospitality industry:
“Let us raise our heads high and say: we are the people of tourism, of art, of generosity and hospitality—we are the creators of joy. We are Lebanon’s true tourism image, and the Syndicate will continue to be a warm and unifying home for all.”
