Following a decision by Judge Jamal Hajar, the Public Prosecutor’s Office has agreed to receive all judicial communications issued by investigative judge Tarek Bitar. As a result, Bitar is set to summon Major General Tony Saliba, the Director General of State Security, and former General Security Chief Major General Abbas Ibrahim for questioning next week.
