On August 10, 2025, history was written at the headquarters of Nejmeh Sporting Club / Beirut. In a spirit of unity and renewal, the General Assembly elected its new Board of Directors by acclamation which is a clear sign of trust and optimism for the future.
With Mr. Said Sarbieh stepping in as Club President and Mr. Rami Bitar as Executive President, Nejmeh begins a transformative journey not just to win championships, but to rebuild the club on the pillars of integrity, professionalism, and ambition. This is more than a change in leadership; it is the birth of a new vision, new politics, and a new winning mentality , an era many are calling the “Joseph Aoun Era”
Support from Leaders Who Believe in Change
The meeting welcomed Mr. Ahmad Hashimiya, President of both “Beirut for Social Development” and “Imkan” associations, whose commitment to the club’s rebirth was made clear. Pledging to rehabilitate and modernize the facilities, he promised to keep them open daily for the people who matter most , the loyal fans.

The newly elected board distributed roles as follows:

- Louay Ghassan Sayah – Media & Public Relations Manager

- Asaad Mustafa Siblini – President’s Advisor for Federation Affairs
- Mohammad Ghassan Hebri – Accountant
- Shadi Fawzi El-Samad – Member
- Mohammad Humaidi Saqr – Member
- Amer Hisham El-Ladqi – Member
Vision of the Executive President
In his first statement to the media, Executive President Rami Beitar expressed his honor in being entrusted with this role and outlined a bold vision for the club:
“The next phase will be different. We face a great challenge, but with teamwork and determination, we will restore Nejmeh to the summit of Lebanese and Asian football. We commit to transparency, professionalism, and developing both administrative and technical structures. We will invest in all age categories, modernize the stadium and facilities, and honor the legacy of this great club and its loyal fans.”
The Rise Project
To achieve these ambitious goals, the board has granted the Executive President full authority over financial, administrative, and technical matters, including:
- Overseeing development plans
- Managing contracts and signings
- Strengthening relations with local and international federations
- Submitting quarterly reports to the board
Message to the Fans
Mr. Beitar concluded with a heartfelt message:
